Convenience Store & Fueling Site Refresh
Full exterior and structural refresh of a high-traffic convenience store and fueling site in Orlando, Florida — storefront, canopy, pump islands, back-of-house, and brand signage areas refreshed with the store fully open throughout.

The Challenge
A busy Florida convenience store with an active fueling operation needed a full-property exterior refresh. The scope covered the main storefront and canopy, pump islands, back-of-house equipment areas, signage walls, and the exterior service side of the building.
The project had to happen without affecting fueling operations or the convenience store’s 24-hour traffic. Paint materials, prep equipment, and containment had to be coordinated around a live fueling site with active customers at all times.
Our Approach
- Full-site walkthrough — Every exterior zone documented — storefront, canopy, pump islands, back-of-house mechanical areas, and signage walls.
- Zone-based scheduling — Work phased by zone to keep active pumps and the storefront entrance always accessible.
- Pressure cleaning and prep — All exterior surfaces cleaned; aged paint stripped or sanded; trim and transitions patched.
- Brand-aligned color match — Exterior walls and back-of-house refreshed to align with the convenience store brand standard.
- Back-of-house detail — Mechanical enclosures, service doors, and equipment bases painted to uniform finish.
- Site-safety protocols — Active-fueling safety protocols followed: no ignition risk near pumps, wet-paint signage for customers, approved materials throughout.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a 24-hour convenience store stay open during exterior painting?
Yes. Convenience stores with active fueling are one of our most common project types and we routinely keep them fully operational throughout. Zone-based scheduling keeps pumps, entrances, and walkways clear so customers never notice the work.
What safety protocols do you follow at active fueling sites?
Our crews follow active-fueling-site safety protocols — no ignition sources near pumps, approved paint materials, containment of spray and dust near fuel equipment, and clear wet-paint signage for customers.
Do you paint back-of-house and service areas as well?
Yes. Most convenience store projects include the back-of-house mechanical areas, service doors, equipment bases, and signage walls along with the front-of-house. We scope the full site during the walkthrough.
How long does a single-location c-store refresh take?
A typical single-location convenience store and fueling site runs 4–10 days depending on canopy size, back-of-house inventory, and brand spec. We scope the timeline during the walkthrough.
Do you coordinate multi-location convenience store rollouts?
Yes. Convenience store chains and fueling brands are one of our core multi-location specialties. We coordinate through a single national account manager for consistent standards and schedules across every store.
