How We Deliver in Every Market

One Contract. Every Market. One Standard.

When you’re repainting locations across dozens of states, the question isn’t who owns the ladders. It’s who’s accountable when something goes wrong in a market you’ve never visited. National Painting Partners holds that accountability.

A single point of accountability

Your agreement is with National Painting Partners. We hold the contract, we carry the insurance, we stand behind the work, and we’re who you call. You don’t manage a list of regional vendors, chase separate certificates, or reconcile thirty invoices for one program.

We carry commercial general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and provide certificates of insurance on request.

How we build crews in each market

Painting is a local trade. The crew that knows how coatings behave through a Gulf Coast summer isn’t the crew that knows freeze-thaw in Chicago. Rather than move a single team around the country at your expense, we work through established regional painting companies in each market — and we qualify them before they touch one of your locations.

  • Certificates of insurance collected before assignment and kept current
  • Signed subcontractor agreement covering scope, standards, and safety expectations
  • Reference and prior-work review before a first assignment
  • W-9 and business entity verification on file

How the work stays consistent

Consistency doesn’t come from who signs the paychecks. It comes from specification, documentation, and someone whose job it is to check.

Written scope per location

Every site gets its own written scope and specification, so nothing is left to interpretation on the ground.

Brand-standard specs

Colors and products are specified to your brand standard and supplied to every crew in the program.

Photo documentation

Completion photography from each location, so you can verify work without flying anyone anywhere.

A named program manager

One person accountable across the whole rollout — not a new contact every market.

Punch list and rework

When a site doesn’t meet spec, it goes on a punch list and gets corrected. That process is the difference between a program and a pile of invoices.

Consolidated invoicing

One invoice for the program rather than separate billing from every regional vendor.

The coverage question worth asking

Ask any national painting contractor a simple question: who is physically holding the brush in Boise, and are they on your payroll?

Genuine nationwide coverage with directly employed crews in every market would require a workforce of a size that doesn’t really exist in this trade. Most contractors describing themselves as nationwide are strong regionally and work through partners beyond that. The difference is whether they tell you.

We’re straightforward about it. We’ve built a vetted network of regional painting companies and we manage it so you don’t have to. That’s how we reach markets a regional contractor would have to travel to — without the travel premium landing on your invoice. We’ve completed commercial painting projects in over 900 cities across 49 states, and we can typically mobilize crews within 48–72 hours in most major markets.

Frequently asked questions

Do you self-perform, or do you use subcontractors?

We work through a managed network of vetted regional painting companies rather than maintaining employed crews in every market. National Painting Partners holds your contract, carries the insurance, manages the schedule, and is accountable for the result — you work with us, not with a list of local vendors. This is how we cover markets nationwide without charging you travel costs to send a crew across the country.

Who is accountable if work doesn’t meet spec?

We are. Your agreement is with National Painting Partners. Work that misses specification goes on a punch list and gets corrected, and your program manager owns that process from start to finish.

How do you keep quality consistent across markets?

Written scope and specification per location, brand-standard colors and products supplied to every crew, completion photography from each site, and a named program manager across the whole rollout.

What insurance do you carry?

Commercial general liability and workers’ compensation. Certificates of insurance are provided on request, and we collect and maintain current certificates from every company in our network.

Can you handle a single location, or only large programs?

Both. Programs are our specialty, but we take single-site commercial work in markets where we’re active.

Tell us what you’re working with

One location or two hundred. We’ll come back with a plan and pricing.
